EXCHANGE

In order to provide you a hassle-free shopping experience you can return your items absolutely free for store credit that will be added to your SMOKE AND SODA wallet. You can then use your store credit to purchase new items.

If you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, you can return your items free of charge. Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:

  • Exchanges/returns are eligible within 14 days after receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 14 days to file an exchange/return)
  • Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
  • Please use a Standard Shipping Pouch or Flyer with a weight limit of 2 kgs and 30×40 cm size dimensions for returning the items.
  1. Once the exchange request is received and approved, we will send you a prepaid/free shipping label to return the items within 3-2 days.
  2. After the return items are received in the warehouse, they will go through a rigorous quality check which might take up to 14 working days.
  3. Once the items pass the quality check, we will issue you astore credit in your SMOKE AND SODA wallet, The Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  4. You may either use the store credit to order the size that suits you or you can order another item of your choice by paying the difference, if any.
  5. The items you will purchase with the store credit might be subject to shipping fees at the checkout depending on your order value.

RETURN

SMOKE AND SODA shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions.

The customer shall not be entitled to an exchange or refund if the product is not eligible for return.

In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. If the customer does accept the shipment, the package will be sent for liquidation and the customer will not be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (Item that does not belong to SMOKE AND SODA) will be the responsibility of the sender, not SMOKE AND SODA. We’ll always do our very best to help out in returning incorrect package but offer no guarantee.

If you exchange/return meets the above criteria only then the return process will proceed.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Items Should be in the Original Packing with all the labels and in Perfect condition as you received.


RETURN POLICY

  • We DO NOT accept returns for the none refundable/Exchange items for hygiene & quality reasons, sorry.
  • After the return items are received in the warehouse, they will go through a rigorous quality check which might take up to 14 days
  • If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding the return shipping label fee (as detailed above) within 5 business days after we receive the product in a proper condition at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
