  • 1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?

    No, you don’t have to create an account to place an order from Smoke And Soda.

  • 2. I forgot my password. What should I do?

    You only need to click “Forgot password” and reset it again.

  • 3. I placed an order but haven’t received an order confirmation yet. When will I get it?

    Please check if you entered your email address incorrectly, or whether it was filtered to your junk mail.

  • 4. How to modify my order?

    If you wish to modify your order, please contact us via email at Customerservice@smokeandsoda.com or connect with one of our live chat agents for immediate assistance. If possible, include your order number (ex, #000000) and the change(s) you’d like to make.
    Unfortunately, we can not modify your order if it has already been packed or shipped. You may check the status of your order in your account.

  • 5. How to cancel my order?

    If you’ve registered and checked out with a credit card, the order can be canceled from your account. Go to “Order Details” and click the “Cancel Order” button underneath the order information. The button will not be shown if your order has started being processed.

    If you didn’t register or check out with a credit card, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

    -For local deliveries Smoke & Soda ships via local delivery company.
    -For overseas we deliver via Aramex, FedEx, and DHL.

  • 8. How long will it take to get my package?

    -Local orders (Kuwait) will be delivered same day.
    -GCC orders will take (4-5 days) via Aramex, FedEx or DHL
    -International orders will take from (7-10 days) via Aramex, FedEx or DHL

  • 9. Is there a cost for duties, tax or VAT?

    Yes, it is based on the country where you made the order.
